Chuck Taylor All Star Lift Double Stack Platform Patent Leather

These platform Chuck Taylors are comfortable enough for all-day wear and look great doing it. I've had them since October 2025, wearing them at least once a month if not several times, and they've held up really nicely over six months. They're my go-to for dressing up a little, especially concerts and breweries where I'm constantly walking and moving around. They definitely feel different from regular Converse given the platform height. As a short person, I appreciate the extra lift. You can't feel the ground the way you do in standard Chucks, which is actually a nice difference. They're still comfortable, just a different feel. They can be a little tricky to put on, but Converse always are. I'd recommend these to anyone who likes the Converse style and wants to feel comfortable while looking cute.

I wear a 10.5 shoe, and because Converse can run big, I ordered a half size down. I'm glad that I did, as these definitely run somewhat large and wide. These shoes are a very nice option to be worn with a spring dress on a warm day. The design is clean with a subtle nod to the traditional Converse styling, and I love the color. You may want to wear them around the house a bit before doing any serious walking in them, as I started to get a blister on each foot at the heel the first time I wore them. That said. the rest of the shoe is surprisingly comfortable and flexible. I think the irritation from the heel may subside after longer of a break-in period.

I love these shoes and wear them all the time. They're super comfortable, very cute, and I get compliments anywhere I go in them. The platform doesn't feel as narrow as typical Chuck All Stars, so I can wear them for a long time without too much pressure through my foot. I always joke that I like to be the tallest person in the room, and the height really helps with that. I've owned them for about eight or nine months, maybe a year, wearing them once or twice a week through rain, hot weather, cold weather, whatever. The fit is perfect and I leave them half tied. I wouldn't change anything.

These are honestly one of my favorite pairs of shoes. The platform looks like it might be tricky to walk in, but it's actually easier and more comfortable than some of my other sneakers. No peeling, no creasing, no fading. I don't own any real leather to compare, but I'm impressed with how they've maintained their look. Overall I haven't had any issues. Super comfortable, versatile, and one of my go-to pairs.

These are hands down the most comfortable platform shoes I own. The memory foam felt like it molded to my feet right away, with zero break-in period and zero blisters. I've worn them up to 12–13 hours in a day and my feet don't hurt. I'm 5 foot tall, so the platform height is perfect for adding a little extra so I can wear more wide-leg jeans that fit my figure better. The patent leather finish is very eye-catching and I get tons of compliments. I work as an educator with college students, and when they're complimenting your shoes, you know you're doing well with your style. I walk around a lot for work and these hold up comfortably all day. They were comfortable right out of the box and have only gotten more comfortable over time. I wear them for work, casual outfits, and concerts where I want a little extra height in a crowd. My typical shoe style leans high fashion but I also love functional shoes like Vans and Converse that work dressed up or with a band tee, and these check every box. Compared to other platforms I own, nothing else comes close on comfort.

These Converse patent leather platforms are extremely comfortable once broken in, thanks to the memory foam insoles that set them apart from other platform shoes I've tried. It does take a few days to get past the break-in period, but after that they're a pleasure to walk in. The patent leather is very easy to clean, which is a big plus. The white soles do get scuffed and dirty quickly, but a magic eraser or dedicated shoe sole cleaner takes care of that with no trouble. I've noticed that normal everyday wear only causes minor scuffing, but extended periods of use show more wear and tear. I've owned them for several months now and wear them at least two to three times a week. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.
