This vacuum is a game changer for daily floor maintenance. The dual brush system doesn't get hair wrapped around it, so I never have to disassemble the brushroll to cut off tangled hair. I appreciate that so much. It does great on larger crumbs, but for dust and finer debris on my wood and tile floors, I have to run it on full power to pick everything up. The gentler brush roll is gentler on wood floors though. I also love that it comes apart to adjust the length, so my children can use it too. The wall mount is fantastic. It keeps the vacuum and all the attachments in one place and charges it at the same time. We've been using this daily for about five months now and it's been a reliable part of our routine.

This vacuum works exceptionally well on area rugs and pretty well on hardwood floors, but the roller brush doesn't reach all the way to the wall. That means debris can be edges along baseboards and under cabinets. It's the one real limitation in an otherwise solid performer. Pet hair pickup is great with the attachments, especially on couches. It handles cat litter with no issues, and the crevice tool gets into all the corners of stairways, inside car seats, and other tight spaces. It compares well to other stick vacuums I've had in terms of overall performance. Battery life runs close to 30 minutes on the auto detect setting, which ramps up power when it senses more crumbs. That's a little shorter than other stick vacuums I've used, so we do have to plug it in more often. The canister is pretty large and very easy to clean. Our house has a mix of hardwood floors, carpet, and a lot of area rugs. We've had it for a couple months and use it frequently, mostly for high traffic spaces that need vacuuming to stay clean!

This vacuum does really well on stairs, which was my top priority. I have a mix of carpet, hardwood, and laminate flooring, plus carpeted stairs, and I've used a couple of different attachments on the stairs that all worked great. It picks up pet hair with no issues. The suction doesn't sound as strong as other vacuums I've used, and at first I thought it wasn't picking up as much. Then I discovered the auto adaptive feature, which automatically kicks up the suction when it detects a dirtier area. You can also manually turn on higher suction, which I wish I'd known from the start. I can hear the amount of dirt it's picking up increase, which is a nice touch. Compared to other vacuums I've used, the battery life seems better. I love that it stands up on its own without needing to be mounted. The weight is good, and the light on the front is something I never knew I needed. I've never had a vacuum with a headlight before, and now I see why it's really appealing. No maintenance issues so far. The dust basket is smaller than what I'm used to. If it's the first vacuum of the week, I usually need to empty it after every room. If it's the second or third time that week, I can do a whole level on one basket. Removing the basket also takes a few more steps than other vacuums, but once I learned the process it wasn't a big deal. I use this vacuum multiple times a week and really like it overall.

The reviewer did not share any feedback about the Bissell PowerClean DualBrush. The recording was used to test the submission process and to request a text input option instead of voice-only recording. My written feedback on the proposed review process: The “Product Name” field shouldn’t be editable. I also don’t see the value of the reviewer needing to edit or input that. Same with the “Category (Optional)” section. I absolutely hate the vocal-only input method. It is problematic for many reasons (I, for one, write my reviews from the living room while my family watches TV in the evening), and it undermines the fact that some people (myself included) gradually write their reviews as they experience the product over time. Lastly, I do not personally appreciate the AI transcript-to-review summary at the end of the process. I prefer to author my own reviews and run them through Grammarly for a final polish before submission. If Stellar plans to continue the transcript-to-review flow, there should be a clearly indicated skip option where reviewers can proceed to leaving their traditional and personally written review.

The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush does a nice job overall, but even at the highest setting the suction isn't super strong. That means I have to go back over the same area a few times to pick up all the dust and pet hair, which slows down my cleaning routine. That's really my only problem with it. Otherwise it works well and has kept my house clean over the four or five months I've had it. It's very lightweight, and I like that it has a light to show the dust/pet hair on the floor so I can see what I've missed. Battery life has been solid. I use it a few times a week, mostly on my second floor, while my other power stick vacuum handles the main floor. My house has mostly hardwood floors with a little bit of carpeting and a dog who sheds, so it gets a real workout.

This vacuum performs wonderfully in a busy household. I have three small children and two cats, so there are constant crumbs, messes, and pet hair to deal with. I've been using it daily for a couple of months now and it's been really effective. Unlike other stick vacuums I've used in the past that would just push bigger crumbs and dried-up food around the floor, this one actually picks them up. The pet attachment heads are great for our couches and fabric chairs where fur really clings. The bright light feature makes me way more aware of how dirty my floors actually are and helps me spot areas I've missed. Battery life is solid. I've been able to do our whole house, about 2,000 square feet across two stories with all wood floors, tile, and a few large area rugs, on a single charge. It's easy to use, easy to maintain, and switching out attachments and emptying it is simple. It is a little heavier than some stick vacuums I've used before, but it doesn't bother me too much. My one suggestion would be a more precise battery indicator. It has three lights showing remaining charge, but I'd prefer a timer like some other vacuums have so you can better pace yourself and know how much time you have left. Overall, I've been really happy with this vacuum.

Overall, this is a really good cordless vacuum at a very decent price, and after six months of daily use with two golden retrievers, it has held up very well. The suction isn't quite as powerful as other brands I've used. I did notice a very small percentage of hair left behind after a full vacuum, especially the fine and curly golden retriever hair. If you slow down and go over each area again, it picks everything up. I love how lightweight it is and how easily it maneuvers across all different types of flooring. We have LVP, tile, carpet, and it worked well on everything. The LED light on the front is a nice touch, and having multiple power levels is great. The battery life is noticeably longer than other cordless vacuums I've used in the past, which would die pretty quickly. I also love that it stands up straight on its own, so you don't have to lay it on the floor or mount something on your wall. I'd recommend this as a great option for a lot of families, especially at this price point.

This vacuum keeps up with our busy household and I love it more now than when I first got it. I have two toddlers, a baby, and two dogs, and I use this every single day. It's the only vacuum I use now. I actually had a mop vac that I've completely abandoned in favor of this Bissell. It adjusts to whatever it's picking up from the floor. The best way I can describe it is like downshifting a manual vehicle going up a hill. It just naturally adapts without you doing anything. It picks up no matter what surface you put it against. The lights are a game changer. The vacuum is so lightweight and gets really small with two additional attachments. My toddler even uses it. It's also so easy to clean, and it comes with a wall-mount bracket that tucks it into a little corner without taking up any space. My only complaint is that because of how powerful it is, the stem feels a little flimsy. You have to make sure you stand it up straight. I'd like the stem to be sturdier to better support the weight of the vacuum head. That's really it. I've had it since roughly the beginning of the year and use it daily. I'd highly recommend it for any family with kids and dogs that needs a vacuum that can truly keep up.

This Bissell PowerClean DualBrush is the best stick vacuum I've ever used, and it's become my daily driver. It works beautifully across both hardwood and carpet, which is perfect since our house is roughly 75% hardwood and 25% carpet. The suction is very powerful, picking up everything from kids' snack crumbs to pet hair to long human hair without getting tangled, which has been a constant annoyance with other vacuums I've owned. The brush head seems to actually pick up more dirt than other stick vacuums with similar suction. The headlight on the vacuum head is a great feature because you can see exactly where the dirt is and navigate to make sure you're getting everything. It also turns easily and doesn't get stuck anywhere. The only downside is the relatively small dust container. On hardwood it can handle a whole room no problem, but on plush carpet I'm emptying it two to three times just to clean one room. I have a high-shed wool carpet in my office (about 8x10) and I've started just bringing my wastebasket with me so I'm not walking to the kitchen trash multiple times. It's a minor inconvenience, not a dealbreaker. I've been using this vacuum for a few months now, at least once a day and sometimes more depending on how messy my kids are. The minor inconvenience of the small dust container is very much offset by how well it cleans, how easy it is to maneuver, and how the brush never tangles. I'll be using this as my main vacuum moving forward.

I've been really impressed with this vacuum. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and makes cleaning the whole house much less of a chore. The automatic suction adjustment is one of my favorite features. It changes power depending on the surface, so it works just as well on hard floors as it does on rugs without me having to think about it. The floor lights are another feature I didn't realize I needed until I had them. They illuminate dust and debris so clearly that vacuuming is almost satisfying, especially if you're a bit of a cleaning freak like me. They make it much easier to make sure you're not missing anything. Performance-wise, it handles both my dog's short hair and my long hair really well. Pickup has been excellent and hair doesn't get tangled easily. My only small wish is that the dustbin were a bit bigger. Starting with an empty bin, I can do the whole house but usually need to empty it once in the middle, depending on how much I'm pulling from rugs. I wouldn't mind a tiny bit more weight if it meant emptying less often. I've been using it for a couple weeks now, vacuuming about four times a week, and overall I'm very happy with it.

This lightweight stick vacuum has cleaning power comparable to a full-size vacuum, and I use it almost every single day. With kids and dogs in the house, there are constant crumbs from toddlers and a baby plus pet hair, so having something this easy to grab and go is an absolute game changer. Getting into smaller areas and up the stairs is so much easier compared to dragging a corded full-size vacuum around. After a couple months of daily use, there is absolutely nothing I would change about it.

This vacuum does a great job and makes cleaning our carpets effortless. We've owned our Bissell PowerClean DualBrush since February 2023, and the suction and quality of the clean are still at the same level as when we first used it. We use it at least once a month, sometimes more depending on what's going on. If we have holidays with family or friends coming over, we'll do a quick run on all our carpets and rugs to make sure they're presentable. And just this past weekend, my dog was playing in the mud and tracking wet fall paw prints all over our living room rug, so it got put right to work again. The entire process from start to finish is simple and intuitive. You fill up the clean water side, add your cleaning solution, and you're ready to go. As you clean, the dirty water transfers to a separate reservoir on the other side. When you're done, you just dump it out. We use a utility sink, rinse it out, and we're good. We've also learned to gauge how much water and solution to use based on the job. If we're doing just one rug or a spot area, we won't fill it all the way. If we're doing multiple bedrooms, we fill the whole tank knowing we'll go through it. I don't have any real complaints about the product's function. If I could add anything, I'd love scent enhancers as part of the cleaning solution to leave a fresh smell behind. I'd also love it if the tank could detach with a hose attachment for stairs or upholstery, giving it more of a two-in-one capability. Those would just be enhancements though. As it stands, the vacuum works great and I'd highly recommend it.

The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush is a solid stick vacuum, but after about three months of use it's not the first one I reach for. It works well on both hardwood floors and area rugs, and I haven't had any trouble with maintenance or hair tangling, which is great since we have a dog that sheds. I vacuum every 2-3 days. The main issue is the automatic suction boost. When I sweep up a pile of crumbs or hit a patch of heavy hair, there's a two- to three-second lag before the suction ramps up. My other stick vacuum responds faster, and that delay means I sometimes have to pause and wait for it to catch up. It also pushes a little heavier and feels heavier in my hand compared to other stick vacuums I've used, so my hand gets tired more quickly. Battery life is another limitation. I get about 15 to 20 minutes on a charge, enough to do my kitchen and living room and sometimes the hallway, roughly 800 to 1,000 square feet. I can't tackle the stairs in the same session without running out. It doesn't last quite as long as my other stick vacuum. It still does a good job keeping up with dog hair and everyday messes, but the suction lag and shorter battery keep it from being my go-to.

This vacuum quickly became my all-time favorite. We have hard floors, rugs, plush carpet, and flatter carpet, and it did great on all of them. Our pets shed like crazy, and this made it so much more manageable. With our old vacuum, I was vacuuming a couple times a week. With this one, I was able to cut back to every one to two weeks because it's so much more thorough. Switching attachments is a breeze. I love the small attachment for baseboards and even getting into the nooks and crannies in the car. The battery life was fantastic, and the weight is about what you'd expect. The wheels make it really easy to move around, so I hardly have to pick it up. I also really like that the base locks so it can stand independently, it doesn't need a station or wall to lean against, and the canister is easy to empty and just the right size. I would highly recommend this vacuum. I'm sure you'll love it as much as I do!

This is probably the most powerful stick vacuum I've ever owned, and the suction is stronger than any of my other vacuums, including more expensive ones. The dual brush picks up all the pet hair from my carpet, even the really tough hairs stuck deep in there. I can not only feel the increased suction but also see the difference in the amount of debris, cat hair, and dog hair it collects. The headlight is a great feature because it lets me see exactly what's on the floor so I know everything has been properly cleaned. I also love that it stands upright on its own when I need to walk away for a second, and I can remove the head and swap attachments just by stepping on it with my foot, no bending down required. The only limitation is the battery life. I can get about 60–75% of my house done on a single charge depending on how long it's been since I last vacuumed, so I can't quite finish the whole house without recharging. I'd love the ability for it to last a little longer. I live in a single-family home with a baby who likes to pick things off the floor, one dog, and two cats, so I vacuum at least two to three times a week and use this daily. I love this vacuum so much and would highly recommend it.

The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush has been a reliable everyday vacuum for our household. The dual-brush feature is specifically nice on rugs, loosening dirt and picking up debris effectively on both hard floors and rug surfaces. We also love the LED feature that lets you see exactly where debris is and which areas still need cleaning. The weight is well balanced and easy to maneuver into smaller crevices. Cleaning the unit itself is super easy, and the attachments are compatible with our other Bissell unit, which is a nice bonus. Runtime is about 30 minutes, which is okay but not great. It's definitely been helpful enough for our needs. We've been using it for about six months with no complaints so far. We have a single-level ranch-style home with LVT plank flooring and a bunch of rugs, plus two young kids and a chihuahua, so between the dog hair and kid messes, this vacuum gets plenty of use.

This vacuum genuinely overshadows other name-brand stick vacuums I've used that cost a lot more. The suction along baseboards is excellent, which is exactly where all our pet hair accumulates, and it's power-propelled forward so it practically glides. My favorite feature is that it stands up completely on its own, whether it's running or off, so you don't even need the included wall mount. I've had it about four months now and use it at least three times a week in our 2,400-square-foot house, which is a mix of carpet, tile, and hardwood. I'm a mom of a one-year-old and two dogs who shed nonstop. We have a robot vacuum on a schedule, but it can't get up against walls or into nooks and crannies, so the PowerClean handles all of that plus quick messes and deeper cleaning in custom areas. It's super lightweight and charges really quickly. The only downside is the canister. It's smaller than I'd prefer, and emptying it requires pulling the basket out rather than just hitting a button to dump it. When I'm vacuuming the whole house on a heavy dog-hair day, I might need to empty it twice during a session. That emptying process is also the one thing on this vacuum that requires two hands, which matters when you've usually got a baby on your hip. On a lighter day I only need to empty it once when I'm done. That's genuinely my only knock. Great value for the price.

★★★★★ · Verified Buyer

This vacuum is incredibly maneuverable and reaches places our regular plug-in vacuum can't, like under the table where my toddler drops food or beneath coffee tables where pet hair gets stuck. It transitions smoothly between surfaces without catching on thicker carpet, and I don't have to put extra effort into pushing it. It's easy to pick up and move wherever I need it. The one downside is battery life. We can get most of the house clean on the low power setting, but if we need to increase suction, it severely limits how long we can use it and we end up switching to other equipment. We've got mostly hardwood floors with some carpet, two dogs, two cats, and a toddler, so this vacuum gets a real workout.

This Bissell PowerClean DualBrush worked beautifully for the first three days, but then the charger stopped working entirely and I haven't been able to use it since. I charged it overnight after the battery died, and the next morning it was completely dead. I tried different outlets and made sure the battery pack was connected properly. My husband and I inspected everything and found no damage to the power cord or battery pack. It just won't charge. Which is a real shame, because while it worked, I loved this vacuum. It handled pet hair and general household messes incredibly well. I have rugs, hardwood floors, and carpeted areas throughout my house and didn't have a single problem on any surface. My current vacuum actually stops spinning when I try to use it on my living room rug, but the Bissell glided over it perfectly. It was genuinely working better than what I already own. The setup was super easy, the attachments felt like good quality, and it's incredibly lightweight. That matters to me because I have four kids and a dog, so I'm vacuuming every single day, and I'm also pregnant, so lugging around a heavy vacuum isn't ideal. I also loved the light feature on the bottom that illuminates dust and dirt on the floor while you're vacuuming. I got about two to three days of use before needing to recharge, which was great. If this charging issue can somehow be fixed, I would absolutely love to keep using it. It really is a great vacuum otherwise.

This vacuum is incredible on hardwood floors. The dual brush head works like taking a microfiber cloth to the floor after vacuuming, picking up all the tiny specks of dust and dander I didn't even realize were there. It cleans without scratching or scraping, which is a huge deal for me. I've used so many vacuums over the years, and this one is by far number one for my hardwood floors and easily top three overall for keeping our home clean. I have a busy household with two toddlers and two pets, and I use this at least every other day. I've had it for roughly six months now. I love that it stands upright on its own. It can feel a little heavy at times, especially on carpet where I have to put more muscle into maneuvering it. On hardwood it glides much more easily. You do get used to the weight quickly though. I was very grateful to have found this product. I'd highly recommend it, especially for anyone with hardwood surfaces.
