Overall this is about a 3 out of 10 for me. It doesn't pull up all the water it puts down, leaving wet streaks on the floor. Whatever hair or debris was missed during vacuuming and sweeping just gets stuck onto those wet marks, which defeats the purpose. It also doesn't pick up as much hair as I'd expect from a vacuum. After each use, I have to walk away and wait about five to ten minutes for the floors to dry on their own. It's also a little bulky, so storage isn't the greatest. I've had it for about six to seven months and use it every other week. My house is mainly hardwood floors, and I have two kids and two pets that shed a lot. It's a decent vacuum and steam cleaner in concept, but the wet streaks and leftover hair make it hard to recommend.

This wet vac handles wet messes wonderfully. I run it under our dining room table where my kids spill milk at practically every meal, and it picks up the milk and cereal combo perfectly. On hardwoods it's great for day-to-day messes, which is mostly what I use it on. The one real con after several months of use is that cleaning the vacuum itself is cumbersome. You have to take apart the brush piece, and getting that clean when it's wet and tangled with dog hair or kids' hair is not enjoyable. It comes with its own cleaning solution that you add to the machine, and that stuff is very potent. I have three little kids and a dog, and this has been a reliable tool for keeping up with all of it on our mostly hardwood floors.

We're very happy with the performance of this vacuum. It gets our hardwood and tile floors genuinely clean, and the ease of use is great. Having dogs that track in dirt, just vacuuming might get the hair, but the CrossWave picks up all the other grime that comes with them too. My husband loves seeing how dirty the water is afterward compared to how clean the floors look. It definitely gets into hard-to-reach corners, which makes a huge difference. The only issue is the front sits a little too high to get under some of our couches. It's not a large part of our house that's affected, but it happens to be a spot where bugs tend to die, so it would be nice to reach under there. Overall, though, we're really pleased with how clean it gets our home.

I'd rate this vacuum about three stars, especially for someone with kids and pets. It picks up sand and lighter debris well enough, but stuck-on food or caked dirt on the kitchen floor required multiple passes and real effort to clean. The bigger issue for me is the maintenance. After using it several times, the cleanup process became incredibly time-consuming. Taking the parts apart, drying them, removing all the pet hair and dirt is a lot compared to other wet/dry vacuums I've used. I prefer one where you can just pop the mop head off and throw it in the washing machine each week. Even after running the cleaning cycle exactly as the instructions say, the vacuum still has a bad smell. That actually worried me because I didn't want that old wet smell transferring to my floors or lingering in the house, and it did a little bit. The clean water tank doesn't last very long either. Cleaning my 1,100 sq. ft. house took about two refills, which means stopping to refill and reset mid-clean. Emptying the dirty tank is also a hassle. There's dirt and dirty water mixed together, and I wasn't sure if I should dump it outside because I didn't really want to pour all of that down the sink. The cord length was fine, no real issues there. One thing to keep in mind is that it doesn't fit under certain furniture. It wouldn't go under parts of my bed, the couches, or the ottoman, so you'll need to move things around to really get those spaces clean. I'm a mom of two with a cat and a dog, and we have tile in the bathrooms and kitchen, vinyl flooring in the living room and bedrooms, and a big carpet area rug. There's constantly sand, dirt, litter, and pet hair being tracked through the house. For my busy household, the cleaning results just didn't justify all the extra effort this vacuum demands to maintain.

This vacuum cleans and mops very well, but it's just too heavy. It was difficult to drag around and really bothered me how much effort it took. It's a lot bigger than a regular vacuum, and when you're using it once or twice a day for kitchen messes and spilled food and all the messes kids make, that weight adds up fast. The cleaning performance is solid, but maintaining it was just too difficult to keep up with.

The Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind makes mopping and cleaning my floors a breeze. I was genuinely surprised at how much dirt it picked up, and it's very easy to use and easy to clean afterwards, which I greatly appreciate as a busy mom and pet mom. The built-in light is a nice touch because it helped me spot things on the floor I would have missed otherwise, saving me from going over areas a second time. The only downside is it left my floors a little wetter than I'd prefer, taking about 5-10 minutes to dry after mopping, but nothing crazy. I wouldn't say it got right up into the corners and edges perfectly, but overall it did a great job. I'm very happy to use it in my home.

This wet/dry vacuum does a great job transitioning between multiple surfaces, and I'm very pleased with how easy it is to use. I've never used a wet/dry vac before, so this is a first for me, and seeing just how dirty your floor actually is when you dump the tank is a real treat. The self-cleaning feature is great too. You just set it on its tray, press the button, and it works through everything. Then you dump the tank, give it a rinse, and air dry the roller so it doesn't get mildewy. The biggest thing to figure out is the amount of water it needs to run the way you expect. You have to let it start up and spin the water around on the roller before it really starts cleaning, so you may need to go back over the first area you started on twice just to make sure you covered it. No real downsides or limitations. My apartment building is very long, so I do have to unplug and find another outlet halfway through, but that happens with most vacuums. I live in a two-bed, one-bath apartment with wood floors and tile, and this vacuum handles both surfaces seamlessly.

I'm really happy with the Bissell CrossWave wet/dry vacuum. The fact that it vacuums and mops at the same time means you get the job done with one tool, which is a huge time saver. We used to have a husky, and this thing handled pet fur beautifully. It picks up fur just as well as a dry vacuum, but you're mopping on top of it, so you're getting a much deeper clean in one pass. I can guarantee it works well for people with pets. I love that it's corded. I've had battery-powered vacuums before, and after a couple of years the battery stops lasting. We even had to order an extra battery for one of them. Being plugged into the wall just makes it stronger and more reliable. I've used it on wood floors in the bedroom, vinyl floors in the kitchen, and tile in the bathroom, and it does a great job on all of them. The one thing to keep in mind is you need to move things out of the way first, like boxes or anything sitting on the floor, because dust can collect behind obstacles that the vacuum can't reach around. The cleaning liquid it comes with smells really nice. It's not too strong and not too faint, just right. We don't like strong smells, so that was a plus. The water tank holds enough for our whole place with just one fill, maybe one and a half if I'm really moving things around and doing a deep clean. We have a one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen, a tiny living room about the same size as the bedroom, and a little bathroom. The only thing that requires a bit of extra work is the brush. The machine does have a self-cleaning button, but I personally like to clean the brush every time I use it. That's my own choice, not a requirement. I'd also recommend cleaning the whole unit after each use by disassembling the parts at the docking station, especially if you have pets or track in dirt from outside. It's pretty easy to clean and maintain overall. I really love this vacuum and would definitely recommend it.

Still love my Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind after continued use. I run it about every other week and it does an excellent job on my LVP floors. I'm just as satisfied now as I was from the start. I also appreciate that Bissell supports animals in need, which makes me feel good about choosing their products.

The Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind has been a game-changer for our house. It does an amazing job picking up messes and leaving floors clean, and it handles both hardwood and carpet. It's totally worth the money. It's also incredibly easy to use, empty, and clean. Living in the country, my kids track in dirt all the time, and it picks that up no problem. It also cleans up any mess left under the high chair. We have mostly hardwood floors, and I've had the vacuum about a year now, using it a few times a month.

The Bissell CrossWave is an amazing all-in-one tool for hard floors. I don't have to vacuum first and then mop separately. I can do it all at the same time, and it does a great job getting crumbs and grime up off the floor. I'm amazed at all it picks up. It's so much easier than a traditional mop and bucket. Our house is completely hard floor except for area rugs, and this thing is perfect for that setup. Depending on how clean or dirty the house is, I might rinse out the tank and refill it two to four times during a cleaning session, but that only takes maybe three minutes tops each time. The full cleaning process at the end might take five or six minutes. I don't find any of that to be a problem. If you have mostly carpet or rugs, I don't think this would be the right tool, but if you have lots of hard floors, it's definitely worth investing in.

The Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind is a great quick-mess tool, but I wouldn't count on it to replace your vacuum or your mop. It easily picks up dust and wet spills, and it does a genuinely good job cleaning up messes that involve more than just liquid. I reach for it when my kid spills a bowl of cereal or the dog makes a mess and I need it handled fast. It's a true wet-dry vac and it shines in those specific instances. That said, it's not able to get into all the areas I can reach with my mop, like under countertops or in tight corners. So I use it for spot cleanups on hardwood floors, not for vacuuming and mopping an entire room on a daily basis. It's easy to clean and easy to take apart, which I appreciate. Overall it's a great model for what it is, just know it's more of a spill responder than a full floor-cleaning replacement.

I'm still pretty impressed with the Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind overall. The biggest thing for me is how fast it makes the cleaning process go. Being able to vacuum and wash the floors at the same time, especially in the kitchen and the main living area, saves me a lot of time compared to dragging out multiple cleaning devices. It also does a pretty good job getting close to the edges and cabinets where dirt and crumbs usually build up. Normally I end up seeing crumbs or dust right along the baseboards after cleaning, but this one picks up more in those tighter areas without me having to go back over it multiple times. I wouldn't say it completely eliminates needing to detail around the edges once in a while, but for everyday use it definitely reaches closer than most standard vacuums I've owned. It's also been easy to use and maintain compared to other wet-dry vacuums I've had in the past. This one just feels more practical for everyday cleaning. I do have to empty and rinse the dirty water tank after every single use, and sometimes I need to empty it twice to get through my house, which is two floors of hardwood. I don't think that's necessarily a downside, though. It's just part of owning a wet-dry vac. My house has a mix of hardwood floors and rugs, and with a toddler there's always some kind of mess or spill to clean up. Some nights after dinner I don't get around to cleaning under his clip-on seat or high chair right away, so being able to quickly tackle dried food crumbs or sticky spots later has been really helpful. I'd say it's an ideal machine if you mostly have hardwood floors, maybe with some rugs mixed in. The convenience factor is what makes it worth it.

This vacuum saves me so much time and energy. What used to be an hours-long cleaning process, I can now get done in 30 minutes for my entire downstairs. The wet and dry aspect is wonderful because I don't need to vacuum first and then pull the mop out separately. I can refresh my carpets and mop the floors all in one pass. I've had this vacuum over a year now and it's my go-to whenever I need a deep clean. It does such a good job that I don't need to further clean after using it. I've cleaned milk spills, animal accidents, and wet messes on the floor, and it handles all of them really well. The floor doesn't stay wet for very long after using it. It's a little damp but nowhere near like a mop. It dries quickly, doesn't leave any weird residue or film, and it smells wonderful. If you're on the edge of deciding to get it or not, just get it. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I've really enjoyed the Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind. It genuinely cleans floors without leaving streaks or marks, and it handles both hardwood and rugs seamlessly, which is a big win since my entire first floor is hardwood with lots of rugs on top. I can transition between surfaces without stopping, and the smudges come up really easily. With two kids and a dog, it's been incredibly helpful for cleaning up the gunk they leave behind. My two minor complaints are the tank size and the cord length. The tank empties pretty quickly. I have to refill it twice to clean my entire downstairs, including bathrooms and all the rugs, so I can't get through everything in one fill. The cord could also be longer. I have a hallway between my kitchen and living areas, and I end up having to unplug and replug just to reach from one space to the next. Those areas aren't even that far apart. It also means I sometimes have to walk back through the wet floor I just cleaned to reach the outlet, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall it's really easy to use, and the floors look genuinely clean afterwards. I'd recommend it.

I do not recommend the Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind for any busy mom looking for a quick picker-upper. The amount of time you have to spend disassembling, cleaning, and air drying all the parts after every single use makes it completely impractical for everyday messes. I have seven boys, so I was really excited about the idea of a vacuum and mop in one, but I never use this thing. I always pass it up and grab something else. The cleaning performance itself is fine for fresh spills. Cereal, Kool-Aid, even soup, it worked great on all of that. But anything that's had time to dry is a different story. If you miss a spot under the table and come back an hour later, you can go over it a hundred times and it's not going to come up. A Swiffer mop handles dried messes way better. Same with muddy dog prints. You have to catch them while they're still wet, and even then you're looking at five to ten minutes of post-cleanup maintenance on the machine itself. That maintenance is really where this product falls apart for me. After every use, you have to take it all apart, rinse everything, and then leave all the pieces out to air dry. You can't just snap the big bucket back in because there's no airflow and it will mold. So every piece needs to stay separated. It does come with a drying tray, but I didn't find it practical at all. The tray has little slots that items just rest on, nothing snaps in, so if you bump it or a kid walks by, everything falls over. The main bucket doesn't even fit on the tray. You basically have to dedicate a whole corner of your house where nothing will get knocked around, just for this vacuum to dry. My entire downstairs is hardwood floors with carpet in the bedrooms, so the concept of vacuuming and mopping in one pass sounded amazing. But for a house full of kids where messes happen constantly, this is the opposite of convenient. There are way easier products on the market that get the job done faster. I received this product free from the stellar to give my honest review.

The Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind has been a game changer for our family. It combines wet and dry vacuuming into one machine, so I don't have to vacuum and mop separately, which saves so much time. We have laminate/LVP flooring throughout our home, and this thing cleans it up beautifully. One of my favorite features is how it gets right up to the trim on our flooring. With previous vacuums, the head couldn't reach the edges, so I always had to go back and clean around them myself. This machine eliminates that extra step completely. It's also easy to maneuver underneath furniture and around tight corners. The built-in cleaning solution compartment is a great touch. You just add the cleaner, put the machine on the floor, and go. No separate spraying or prepping the floor beforehand. The light on the machine is nice too, so you can see exactly what you're cleaning. The self-cleaning feature is another standout. I just put it on its stand, run the self-clean cycle, and it's ready for next time without me having to deep clean the whole machine. We've had this since last July and use it every single week. With two kids and two dogs, we always have messes, and this machine makes cleanup so easy. I can see us using it for a long time.

Not my favorite vacuum. It worked well at first, but after just a couple of months I noticed a real decline in performance. It doesn't do a good job picking up little crumbs or wet hair, and it misses a lot of things. I've had it for less than a year. It's an okay vacuum, but definitely not my first choice. Maybe it's just the one I got.

The Bissell CrossWave EdgeFind has honestly become more of a space-taker than a go-to cleaning tool for me. My traditional scrubber mops clean at a much higher quality, and my broom still works best for dust particles, fur, and the like. The cleaning mechanism is difficult and cumbersome, too. Having to take it apart and clean it every single time is a hassle compared to just tossing a washable mop head in the washer. Even worse, after using the fabric mop head a few times, it never looks fully clean even after washing. Visually it just continues to look dirty no matter what I do. Where I do reach for it is quick, day-to-day cleanups, like when my toddler spills her drink or I drop something in the kitchen that needs a fast wipe but doesn't warrant pulling out the entire mopping system. It doesn't appear to leave streaks behind, which is nice for those small jobs. For anything deeper than that, though, I'm grabbing my regular mop and broom every time.
